The replacement balls for the thread thickness 1.2 mm are available in the sizes 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 mm. You can use them for any piece of jewellery with an external thread, such as the labret or the circular barbell in white gold.
When coating our piercing jewellery with the Physical Vapor Deposition- System (PVD), a thin and abrasion-resistant coating is applied to the jewellery, which nestles around the titanium like a shell, without the need for another bonding layer. The advantage of this way of colour-matching our jewellery is that the properties of the underlying titanium are not affected by its colouring. Furthermore, biocompatibility is assured, as this process is also used in the medical industry (e.g. for implants).
All basics of Titan Aurumline® can be sterilised in an autoclave and are absolutely harmless for allergy sufferers due to the skin-friendliness of the material.
